Hi Friends!<\/p>\r\n

WWAFY became a system when our communities, in the Phoenix West Valley,\u00a0 realized we had lost TOO many children (and others) for long periods of time, or forever!\u00a0 Understanding the realities of all ‘agencies’ , their intent and their restrictions or limitations, it was apparent WE could do more, as neigbbors.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

In mid 2023, one boy, in particular, went missing and was later found dead.\u00a0 He committed suicide, but had waited several hours, near his home, before turning his phone “BACK” on (so it could be pinged)… and waiting to see if someone came.\u00a0 They did not come fast enough… and he took his own life.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The point?\u00a0 No one is to blame, regardless the reason or cause.\u00a0 \u00a0But, the simple truth is, IF the proper resources had been quickly obtained and dispatched,\u00a0 this child would have been found alive.\u00a0 \u00a0If it were a repeated attempt,\u00a0 resources\u00a0 to assist the child in living a harmless life\u00a0 might have been dispatched, after recovery.\u00a0 \u00a0 We decided, we CAN do BETTER!<\/p>\r\n

We want to not only create a ‘QRT’ Quick Response Team to expedite recovery of a missing one, but to also tell our Children…\u00a0 We WILL find you… no matterr why or how you disappear.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. A dedicated ‘team’ of bloodhounds, available, 24\/7 to dispatch to site.<\/li>\r\n
  2. A trained team-member dispatched, immediately, with a ‘workbook’ of instructions, questions, checklists, etc.\u00a0 to help the family through the loss.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  3. Full documentation\/online access for rapid inclusion of new or changing\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  4. An on-demand, as needed,\u00a0 team of ‘search’ and ‘outreach’ support items and persons… including, but not limited to “door knockers”;\u00a0 \u00a0social, print and TV media specialists; drones, 4x4s, divers, communications experts, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  5. Use of NDAs, as needed, to secure confidential information that can be used to analyze best methods…. for families who are otherwise reluctant to disclose information.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Coordination with LEO to assist and procure information\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  7. An. ever-improving, documented, tracked and evaluated system for easy execution, nationwide.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  8. The creation and distribution\u00a0 of a QR Code and packet for every home with an at-risk person; to be placed on a cabinet door and used in such need.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  9. Experiences\u00a0 have validated the intended processes\/system would have aided in the handling of their lost one.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    All team members will be volunteers, Initially, limited funds will be required for on-going support:\u00a0 gas,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It is hoped that local vendors will provide such items as\u00a0 home-use stickers\/kit contents; on-demand fliers, etc.;\u00a0 \u00a0Marketing ‘costs’ will be nil by introduction at HOA, community, school, church, and business presentations.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
