PLEASE VISIT THE UPDATED PROJECT TASK\/PERSON LIST THAT WAS HANDED OUT AT THE MEETING, BASED ON SURVEY RESPONSES!!<\/p>\n

Due to the limited number of attendees, not all tasks were able to be discussed\/assigned.\u00a0 \u00a0 The following were handed out:<\/p>\n

  1. Contact list of all who had previously indicated interest in the project.<\/li>\n
  2. Task list and those who had indicated expertise\/interest in specific ones. ( AS Above!)<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Multiple documents\/reference materials to be combined into a single worksheet\/packet for use when meeting with LEO.\u00a0 Likely similar materials will be in the packet for the advocate who goes on-site at first call.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The following topics were discussed;<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Need for a name whose acronym will be catchy and relevant … not only our ‘job”, but to ensure a child that we will FIND them!!!\u00a0 \u00a0A contest may be initiated.<\/li>\n
    2. Need for a corresponding logo;<\/li>\n
    3. Bloodhound dispatch, effectiveness.<\/li>\n
    4. Additions\/usefulness of drones to searches.<\/li>\n
    5. General agreement on presented items, especially on-site immediate support person.<\/li>\n
    6. Need to outreach and obtain additional support persons\/community businesses, etc….<\/li>\n
    7. Refusing to assist when families will not fully disclose issues missing one may have been experiencing;\u00a0 Suggested an NDA be offered to overcome fear of wrongful use of information.\u00a0 (We cannot DO the job of finding if information is withheld.)<\/li>\n
